On July 3rd, Changzhou Trendi Medical Technology Co., Ltd. held the launching ceremony of the on-the-job internship of students of Changzhou University Technology Transfer Institute, and Ms. Chen Qiaoling, general manager of Changzhou Medical and the company's backbone team, expressed a warm welcome to the six on-the-job internship graduate students.
In this internship, Trendi Medical will equip the intern graduate students with "one-on-one" mentors to guide them to learn professional skills and cultivate professional qualities. The tutor team is composed of the company's general manager and 5 R&D managers, all graduated from the University of Ottawa, Korea University, Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, Nanjing University and other international and domestic well-known universities, 50% of the doctors, 100% of the masters or above, covering medicine, biology, chip semiconductors, artificial intelligence, circuit hardware and other multi-disciplines.
At the meeting, General Manager Chen Qiaoling had a detailed understanding of the research direction and areas of expertise of each intern graduate student, and assigned work to them according to their strengths. In the next month, the six interns will follow their respective supervisors to learn and practice in the fields of reagent research and development, chip design, and hardware device development.
In 2022, Changzhou Trendi Medical Technology Co., Ltd. officially joined the Jiangsu Industrial Research Institute Centralized Graduate Training Program, and also started the talent training cooperation with Changzhou University.
